Invitation
A grounded way to live Nonviolent Communication
Nonviolent Communication is more than a set of words.
It is a way of listening, sensing, choosing, repairing, and relating.
The Spiral Blend Foundation helps you embody the core movements of NVC through somatic practice, nervous system awareness, and relational exercises that support real change in daily life.
This work is for people who want their communication to come from presence, not performance.
It is also the foundation for those considering a longer pathway toward trainer training.
What you will practice
Learn the Spiral Blend foundation
Over four months, you will be introduced to the foundational practices of Spiral Blend, an embodied approach to Nonviolent Communication developed by David Weinstock.
Sensing
Sensing your body as a source of information and tracking nervous system cues during connection and conflict.
Listening
Listening for needs beneath words, reactions, and stories with more presence and curiosity.
Speaking
Speaking with more clarity, care, and choice while staying present when conversations become charged.
Integrating
Using movement, attention, and breath to support regulation and bring NVC principles into ordinary moments.
