A workshop for gently and safely

Exploring Identities, Privileges, and Pathways to Greater Harmony

Join us for a four-session workshop designed to foster self-awareness, connection, and community through somatic practices. Together, we will explore how identities and privileges shape our experiences and discover pathways to greater harmony with one another.

Financial Contribution

We ask for a contribution between $75 and $400 (or the equivalent in Euros or Swiss Francs) total for the four sessions. To cover the web and video hosting costs and facilitator's time, we would love to receive in total at least 1200 USD, which would be around $100 each participant for 12 participants.  If you can afford more, it supports other participants who can afford less than that, and makes it more likely to be a sustainable effort for the facilitators.

If the contribution is beyond your capacity, please reach out to Senovio and Anke—no one will be turned away.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Strengthening your sense of self-compassion
  • Connecting with your authentic voice
  • Techniques for staying present during difficult conversations
  • Building community in a safe and welcoming space

Who Is This For?

This workshop is open to anyone who brings curiosity and openness to this exploration. No prior experience with anti-racism work, anti-bias work, or Liminal Somatics is required.

Why This Work Matters

Each of us has experiences of belonging, yet many of us have also been told—explicitly or implicitly—that we don’t belong, that we are wrong, abnormal, or not enough. Through this workshop, we aim to use somatic practices to deepen our understanding, build meaningful partnerships, and co-create a world where everyone belongs.
